2. Data We Process

When you use the free scan tool: email address, company name, sector, country, employee count, and data category inputs. No special categories of personal data are required. We do not process personal data from your own systems.

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / nDSG Art. 31) when you submit the scan form and confirm via double opt-in. Subscription processing is based on contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Data Retention

Lead data is retained for 24 months from last activity, or until you request deletion. Subscription data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 10 years for Swiss accounting obligations.
